Saviola renews his dialogue with Triennale Milano by contributing to the Museum of Italian Design’s new exhibition itinerary, which, completely reimagined, chronicles the history and evolution of Made in Italy design. This project stems from a shared vision, where design culture, innovation, and a focus on sustainability are naturally intertwined.
The Museum, curated by Marco Sammicheli and Marilia Pederbelli and designed by Roberto Giusti, Triennale Milano presents over 400 objects designed between the 1920s and the 2000s. The new exhibition connects works, historical context, and social transformations, offering visitors a clear, accessible, and engaging narrative of Italian design. Particular attention is paid to inclusivity, thanks to Easy to Read tools, AAC, Braille, LIS, International Sign, audio descriptions, and tactile maps, developed in collaboration with specialized organizations.

The exhibition is enriched by five interactive installations dedicated to key themes such as decoration, industry magazines, the individual, self-design, and lightness, inviting the public to explore creative processes through tactile, visual, and digital experiences.
The Museum also expands its collection with works by masters such as Ettore Sottsass, Carlo Mollino, and Antonia Campi, alongside contemporary artists such as Patricia Urquiola, Antonio Citterio, and Piero Lissoni, extending its scope to fashion, transportation, graphics, and illustration.

The exhibition stands out for its responsible and circular approach, in which design also becomes a tool for reflection on sustainability and the conscious use of materials, confirming the Museum as a place of culture, research, and design open to the future.
